What exactly is the so-called happiness

Love a person is happy, loved is happy, but love a person is suffering , one not pay attention , you will get yourself black and blue , and why people live so tired! to love to give their all . Oh Sometimes really feel alive !!!!!! not that mean , why can I not love the people themselves together?
